Hold On Stella dress...
FABRIC:
The print design on the Hold On styles is by Whimsy Kaleidoscope and features her signature style abstract collage design in stripe form on a washed black base. The fabric is a 90% organic cotton, 10% Viscose twill fabric which means it's nice and drapey and moves beautifully. Print placement varies per piece.
TECHNICAL FEATURES:
The dress is a fun and floaty shape with bust darts and some shaping close to the bust but falls out in a loose shape from a high waist position and has elastic in the sleeve cuff for a cute sleeve look. The neck is round and there is no closure, it pops over the head easily. There are pockets in the side seams.
This style has been made in collaboration with the Social Outfit, a social enterprise that trains refugees and new migrants in sewing skills to be able to obtain useful and ethically paid employment. The standard of quality on their garments is high and I am so happy to have this opportunity to work with them.
