Exhanges and refunds

To avoid disappointment, please ensure you have read all details regarding sizing on the website. If you have any questions regarding sizing details, please feel free to email and we will be happy to reply with any assistance we can provide.

Unfortunately we do not refund for change of mind and due to health and hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned.

If a garment doesn’t fit properly, an exchange may be made so long as the garment is unworn, tags are still attached and you have made contact for how to exchange. Please make contact within 5 days of receiving your garment. Once we receive your garment back, we can organise the exchange if fabric is available. Refunds are available if the garment doesn't fit. Postage back to Rattamatatt for an exchange or refund is at the buyers expense. If it's an exchange, we will cover the postage for the new item back to you.

If a garment is faulty, we will gladly exchange where possible or refund the full amount including postage. Please contact first via email hello@rattamatatt.com
